Hello!

I'm Saumili Dutta, currently working at Tata Consultancy Services as a Jr. Java Developer, had opportunities to speak at Ubucon India 2025, Gnome Asia 2024 and completed graduation in Software Development. I was also a mentee in Infosys Pragati. I have been working on Crisistwin which I like to refer as the encyclopedia of helplines.

I’ve been a dedicated core team member across several thriving communities, where I’ve cultivated strong teamwork and communication skills through hands-on collaboration and grown within dynamic tech communities. This portfolio is a reflection of my journey—highlighting the projects, progress, and skills I’ve shaped along the way.

Before I stepped into the world of tech, I was a writer and blogger, where I used to write poems and pen down thoughts. My poems have been published in various anthologies, and I have also been a part of the editorial team for a publishing house. I have also won the award in the challenge by Kashah entertainment back in 2021 and have been a contributor to Google guides program leading to nominations in Guiding stars in 2020. Other than this I like watching movies and travelling.
